Free Shipping:

• Orders over $150 CAD ship free to Canada and Australia.

Flat Rate Shipping:

• Orders under $150 CAD ship for a flat $15 CAD rate.

Processing & Delivery:

• All orders include tracking.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.

• Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days within Canada, 2–4 weeks to Australia (depending on customs clearance).

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return something, here’s how it works:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• All returns must be authorized before sending them back.

• To start a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in original, new condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, including any duties (if applicable).

• Returns received within 21 days of the purchase date are eligible for a refund.

• Authorized returns received between 22-30 days from the purchase date will be issued store credit.

• We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.
